The theme of the conference this year was “Cross Cultural Learning in the Chinese Classroom” and more than 200 teachers from schools across NSW attended.
Ms Wu’s workshop, “Assessments for current Kindergarten to Year 10 Chinese syllabus and the new Kindergarten to Year 10 modern language syllabus”, was very well received.
Ms Wu has been actively involved in the review of the Kindergarten to Year 10 Chinese Syllabus and will present to IGS Language teachers some of the key changes during a departmental workshop.
