On Monday 11 March, Warringah Aquatic Centre was abuzz with excitement as 45 spirited IGS students, between 8 to 12 years old, dived into competition, representing IGS It was a great day, filled with numerous personal bests, close finishes, and outstanding displays of sportsmanship.
Sienna Vendramin shone brightly as the 12-13 Years Age Champion, showcasing her talent and hard work. Filippa Vendramin and Chloe Fay secured their places as 2nd Place Age Champions. Their achievements, along with those of Leila Khanji, Nyssa Enfield, Johanna Hadassin, Max Martin, and Abigail Wong, have paved the way for their next challenge, as they move forward to compete at the CIS on 27 March.
The day was not only about victories, or some students it was their inaugural experience at a school carnival, adding a layer of excitement to the event.
