“After cutting and colouring their fish, the children had lots of fun tricking their friends by discretely placing the fish on their backs without being noticed,” said Early Learning Educator Valerie Boisseau.
“It was a fun day with lots of laughter and many children were involved in the process. I think for the children, the best part was to trick the teachers, who played along very nicely.
“The chocolate fish is found in the French patisserie around that time to celebrate le poisson d’Avril as well as Pâques.
“We decided to make a special display that represents this celebration.”
