Last week, the culmination of Aunty B’s cultural and artistic guidance came to life in a vibrant Year 3 performance for the entire Primary School. The students proudly displayed their paintings, which they had created under her expert tutelage, as they danced and moved in celebration of the stories and traditions they had learned.
The performance was a powerful expression of their newfound understanding and connection to First Nations cultures, showcasing not only their artistic creations but also the deep respect and community spirit that Aunty B had instilled in them. Through this event, the students honoured the rich heritage of the Wiradjuri, leaving a lasting impression on their peers and teachers alike.
