Harmony in Every Hue

On Friday 21 March, the IGS community came together to celebrate Harmony Day, embracing this year’s theme: Harmony – we all have a role to play! The annual event is a key moment in the School calendar, reinforcing our commitment to inclusivity, diversity and respect for all cultures.

In the Early Learning Centre and Primary School, students explored how each of us contributes to a more inclusive and connected world. Through storytelling, discussions and creative activities, younger students reflected on the importance of understanding and respecting others. In the High School, Tutor groups took time to recognise the many cultures, traditions and perspectives that shape IGS, fostering meaningful conversations about identity and belonging.

Harmony Day serves as a reminder that building an inclusive community is an ongoing effort. At IGS, we strive to ensure that every student feels valued and heard, strengthening the fabric of our diverse School.
