Students were tasked with designing a product and pitching the business case to the class and our special guest ‘shark’, Dean of the UTS Business School, Professor Carl Rhodes.
Primary Teacher Emily McLachlan said students pitched “phenomenal product ideas and the winning pitches on the day were the ‘Score Sensor’, an electronic system for determining whether a soccer ball has passed the goal line and the ‘Treasure Racquet,’ a state of the art tennis racquet which sends data to a smart phone app about a player performance and ball striking.”
“All of our PASS students are commended on their high level of creativity and engaging presentations and a special thanks to Professor Rhodes for being so generous with his time and expertise.”
