Fitness Fun in PE
IGS students are enhancing their reaction time, speed and coordination in PE with BlazePods, interactive lights that challenge reflexes through fast-paced drills.
Incorporated into agility exercises, team challenges, and fitness tasks, BlazePods make training engaging and dynamic while improving focus, decision-making, and motor skills. This technology-driven approach keeps students active, motivated, and ready to push their limits!
K-4 Students Take on the Climbing Wall
IGS K-4 students are building strength, coordination and confidence on the climbing wall. This exciting challenge promotes full-body fitness, problem-solving and resilience, encouraging students to push their limits while having fun. A great way to stay active and develop essential motor skills!
